Are you sure you entered the correct username and password? You need to use your chosen username, not your email address. The form is also case-sensitive. If you can't remember your password, please use the 'Forgot password' link. Should you continue to experience difficulty logging in, please send us a short email via the support button with your username and the email you used to sign up with.
Please also ensure that you have selected the same log in route as the one you selected when first registering with us: If you initially registered with your Google+ or Facebook account then please select this log-in route again. If you set up your radio.net account with your email address, click on the radio.net icon and enter your username and password. Please note that it is not possible to switch between these three log-in options without setting up a new account and consequentially losing all favorites saved up to that point.

Since your recent update on 24 August we have been unable to log on to radio net on our iPad.

Would you please advise what we can do to get back using radio net which we have enjoyed so much in the past.

First of all, we would like to apologize for the inconvenience.
We have already uploaded an update to the App Store, which is going to fix the problem. At the moment, Apple is still reviewing this update, as is their normal procedure, but we assume that it will be available for you to download tomorrow, and you will once again be able to experience unrestricted radio enjoyment.
We kindly ask for a little patience at this time.
