Please first check whether your internet connection is constant and stable. An unstable internet connection can cause connection problems. Please try to play the channel/podcast via a WLAN connection.
Restarting the router could resolve the connection error for a channel/podcast. Switch off your router, wait 10 seconds and switch it on again.

- the device model and the version of the operating system running
- the installed radio.net app version
